Step 1: Look at your reciever's right eye (your right) with your right eye as you converse.

Step 2: Synchronise your breathing to match your reciever's breathing pace.

It's that simple. And very effective :). A connection between two people occurs when they have something to relate to, therefore conneccting them. Soul Gazing works because the synced breathing pace will act as a subconcious indicator, telling the reciever's brain that you two are in the same state (something to relate to, therefore connection).

Tip, don't go staring at his/her eye the whole time like some wierdo. Use a 70:30 time ratio, where 70% of your time is for eyecontact, and 30% to look at something else. Pretending to be distracted is a good way to show disinterest ;). Unless you're on the physical escalation phase.

You can go a few steps futher and use eye contact to kiss close:

Setp 1: Look at his/her left eye (your left).

Step 2: Look at his/her right eye.

Step 3: Then look at his/her lips.

Start this slowly at first. Then, increase the tempo. Move your head closer at every rotation, but make it discrete, and not obvious. When you feel it's the right time, kiss :).
